Shipping Policy | LEGATO WORLDWIDE LIMITED (LWW)
Official Website: lwwlimited.com | Support Email: service@lwwlimited.com
LEGATO WORLDWIDE LIMITED (LWW) strictly adheres to the EU Import Control System 2 (ICS2), relevant customs regulations, and transport management regulations of each member state, providing transparent and compliant yoga apparel transport services to consumers within the EU (including the European Economic Area). This policy clarifies the shipping rules, delivery time, fees, customs requirements, and related rights and responsibilities after you purchase products from LWW, and applies to all orders placed through the LWW website and online/offline sales channels within the EU.
I. Shipping Rules and Delivery Time
1. Shipping Timeframe:
We will complete the order processing and shipment within 5-7 business days after you complete order payment and confirm receipt information.
2. Shipping Notification:
After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification to your registered email address, containing the courier tracking number, carrier information, and a logistics tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your shipment.
3. Order Change Notice:
If you need to modify your shipping address, contact information, or other details after paying for your order, please contact us at service@lwwlimited.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the change is made after this time limit and the order has already entered the preparation process, it may not be possible to complete the change. Any resulting shipping delays or return losses will be borne by you.
II. Shipping Time and Coverage
1. Core Shipping Time:
Shipping within the EU utilizes compliant cross-border logistics solutions. The standard shipping time is 20-35 calendar days from the date of order shipment. This is an estimated time and covers the entire process from shipment to delivery to the EU address, excluding order preparation time and customs clearance delays.
2. Time Difference Explanation:
Shipping times may vary between different member states and regions. Shipping times to remote areas (such as remote towns in EU border member states and island regions) may be extended by 3-5 calendar days. In the event of major holidays, extreme weather, logistics strikes, or customs inspections, the shipping time may be further extended. We will promptly inform you of the relevant situation via email.
3. Coverage Area:
This shipping service covers the 27 EU member states and EEA countries (Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein). Delivery to overseas territories and special administrative regions outside the EU is not currently supported. Specific delivery areas can be confirmed using the delivery address verification function when placing your order.
III. Shipping Costs
1. Cost Calculation Standard:
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order amount, delivery country/region, and cargo weight. The specific amount will be automatically displayed on the order settlement page when you place your order. You can view it clearly before completing payment.
2. Additional Fee Explanation:
The shipping cost only includes basic logistics and delivery fees and does not cover the following:
- (1) Customs duties, value-added tax (VAT), and parcel handling fees that may be levied by EU customs (currently, the relevant fee policy for parcels under €150 is in a transition period, and will be implemented according to the latest EU regulations. It is expected that a fixed handling fee may be levied per item from 2026 onwards, subject to the actual collection by customs);
- (2) Secondary delivery fees and return fees due to incorrect delivery address or no one signing for the package;
- (3) Remote area surcharges (if any, will be separately indicated when placing the order).
IV. Customs and Compliance Requirements
1. Declaration Obligation:
To comply with the requirements of the EU ICS2 system, we will submit complete cargo declaration information to EU customs before shipment, including the 6-digit HS commodity code, detailed description of the goods (specific category of yoga apparel, fabric composition, etc.), order amount, etc. You need to ensure that the delivery information (name, address, contact information) provided is accurate. Corporate customers need to additionally provide the EORI number (Economic Registration and Identification Number) of the recipient within the EU.
2. Tax Payment:
According to EU customs regulations, goods may be subject to applicable customs duties and VAT upon entry. Specific tax rates are subject to the approval of the customs authorities in your member state. For individual consumer orders, taxes are usually collected by the carrier upon delivery. Corporate clients can declare and pay taxes themselves according to local regulations. If you refuse to pay the relevant taxes, resulting in the goods being returned or detained, you will be responsible for the resulting round-trip shipping costs, customs fines, and loss of goods.
3. Compliance Certification:
All our yoga apparel shipped to the EU has passed CE certification and complies with relevant EU safety and environmental standards. Necessary compliance documents may be included with the shipment for customs inspection and your records.
V. Goods Tracking and Receipt
1. Logistics Tracking:
After your order is shipped, you can check the logistics progress through the tracking link in the shipping notification or by logging into your personal account on the LWW website to monitor the real-time status of your goods. If the logistics information has not been updated for more than 7 calendar days, please contact us at service@lwwlimited.com for assistance.
2. Signing Rules:
Upon delivery, the carrier will contact you for in-person signature. You must check the package's appearance for damage and the seal for integrity before signing. If you cannot sign in person, you can choose to have it delivered via a courier service or schedule a second delivery, as instructed by the carrier. Corporate customers must have the package signed for by the contact person or authorized personnel corresponding to the delivery address, and present the necessary identification documents.
3. Handling of Abnormal Signings:
If you find any damage or missing items in the package, you must take photos as evidence on the spot upon signing, and the carrier must issue an abnormal signing certificate. Simultaneously, contact us within 24 hours and submit relevant supporting documents. We will assist you with claims or restocking. Without an abnormal signing certificate, subsequent objections regarding damage or missing items will be difficult to verify and process.
VI. Handling of Delays, Losses, and Damage
1. Transportation Delays:
If the delivery time exceeds the estimated time by 35 calendar days without a reasonable explanation (excluding force majeure), you can contact us to apply for delay verification. Upon confirmation, you will receive corresponding freight reductions or coupon compensation (specific compensation plans are subject to negotiation). For delays caused by force majeure events such as extreme weather, logistics strikes, or customs inspections, we will make every effort to coordinate but will not assume liability for compensation.
2. Lost Goods:
If the logistics tracking shows that the goods have been shipped, but there is still no delivery record after 45 calendar days, and after we verify with the carrier that the goods are lost, you can choose a full refund or free reshipment, and we will bear the corresponding losses. If the goods are lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by you, you will bear the responsibility yourself.
3. Goods Damage:
If the goods you receive are damaged during transportation (not due to product quality issues), you must provide proof of abnormal receipt and damage certificate as required by Article 5, Paragraph 3 of this policy. After verification, you can choose to return the goods and receive a refund, exchange them free of charge, or receive corresponding compensation for the damage. LWW will bear the relevant return shipping costs.
VII. Disclaimer and Policy Updates
1. Disclaimer Circumstances:
We are not liable for transportation problems caused by the following reasons:
- (1) Inaccurate or incomplete receipt information provided by you;
- (2) Force majeure events (extreme weather, natural disasters, war, logistics strikes, temporary adjustments to customs policies, etc.);
- (3) Returns or damages caused by your or your agent's refusal to sign for the goods without justifiable reason;
- (4) Non-quality issues arising from the inherent characteristics of the goods during transportation (such as slight wrinkles in the fabric, which do not affect use).
2. Policy Updates:
This policy will be updated in a timely manner according to changes in EU transport regulations, customs policies (such as adjustments to small parcel taxes), and the rules of our logistics partners. The updated policy will be communicated to you via official website announcements and order email notifications. The updated terms will take effect from the date of publication, and your continued order placement constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
