LEGATO WORLDWIDE LIMITED (LWW) strictly adheres to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the local regulations of each member state, providing legally compliant return and exchange services to consumers within the EU (including the European Economic Area). These terms and conditions apply to EU consumers who purchase our yoga apparel products through the LWW website and online/offline sales channels, clarifying your return and exchange rights, procedures, and related requirements.
Please note: The return and exchange rights stipulated in these terms and conditions are your legal rights and do not affect other consumer rights you enjoy under the local laws of member states.
I. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (No-Reason Return)
According to EU distance selling regulations, you have a 14-day no-reason right to withdraw your purchase of our products within the EU, without needing to provide any reason for return.
1. Calculation of the withdrawal period:
The period begins from the date you actually receive all ordered products; if the order is delivered in batches, it begins from the date you receive the last batch. If we fail to inform you of this right as required, the withdrawal period will be extended to 12 months.
2. How to exercise the withdrawal right:
You must inform us of your intention to withdraw the contract by sending an email to service@lwwlimited.com within the above-mentioned period. Please include your order number, name, and contact information in the email. Upon receiving your notification, we will provide you with standard return guidelines and confirmation documents.
3. Return deadline:
You must ship the product to be returned within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice and promptly provide us with the tracking number. Even after this deadline, we may still accept returns, but reserve the right to adjust the refund amount appropriately based on the product's condition.
II. Returned Product Requirements
To protect your legal rights and ensure the reasonableness of resale, returned products must meet the following conditions (applicable to no-reason returns and returns due to quality issues):
- Product Condition: Yoga apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, free from stains, odors, and deformation. Key areas (such as collar, cuffs, and waistbands) must show no wear.
- Complete Accessories: Original packaging (such as box, dust bag), product tags, labels, washing instructions, and all accessories (such as complimentary yoga headbands, storage bags, etc.) must be returned with the product.
- Packaging Standards: Please use suitable packaging materials to properly wrap the product to avoid secondary damage during transportation. It is recommended to retain the courier waybill and logistics records for verification.
If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return, refuse a refund, or negotiate with you to deduct the corresponding depreciation costs before processing the refund.
III. Returns and Exchanges for Quality Issues
If the yoga apparel you receive has quality issues (such as damaged fabric, loose seams, significant size discrepancies with labeling, or color differences exceeding reasonable limits), you are entitled to the following benefits:
- Return/Exchange Period: Within 30 days of receiving the product, you can apply for a return and refund or a free exchange. If the product has a hidden quality issue that occurs under normal wear and care conditions, you can apply for after-sales processing within a longer period according to EU product quality guarantee regulations.
- Supporting Documents Required: Please provide order information and clear photos/videos of the quality issue when applying. Our after-sales team will complete the verification within 3 business days.
- Processing Method: After the quality issue is confirmed, you can choose a full refund, exchange for the same style and size, or exchange for another style (with price difference refund or supplement). If you choose an exchange, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs. If you choose a return, we will fully refund the purchase price plus your actual return shipping costs (proof of shipping costs is required).
IV. Return Shipping Costs and Customs Information
- Shipping Cost Responsibility Principle: For returns without a valid reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For returns/exchanges due to product quality issues, incorrect shipments, or other reasons attributable to us, LWW will cover the shipping costs.
- Cross-border Return Notice: If you are returning products from outside the EU (special circumstances), you must ensure that all shipping costs, customs duties, and other related fees have been settled on the return shipment. If there are issues such as freight collect or outstanding customs duties, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return. If we have already accepted the return and paid the relevant fees on your behalf, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping Cost Standard: If we are required to cover the shipping costs, we will reimburse you according to the standard logistics costs within the EU. Any amount exceeding this will be borne by you, and the reimbursement amount will be paid along with your refund.
V. Refund Process and Timeframe
- Refund Verification: After receiving the returned product, we will complete the product status and compliance verification within 2-7 business days.
- Refund Timeframe: After verification, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund amount will be the actual amount you paid for the product (excluding return shipping costs for no-reason returns).
- Refund Method: The refund will be processed through your original payment method (such as credit card, PayPal, etc.). The specific arrival time depends on the processing cycle of the payment institution and bank.
- Special Note: If you have used coupons, discount codes, or other promotional methods to purchase the product, the refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid. These promotional benefits will not be refunded or reissued separately.
VI. Special Restrictions and Disclaimers
- We reserve the right to refuse return requests in the following situations: beyond the statutory or agreed return/exchange period; the product has been worn, washed, or damaged; accessories are missing and cannot be replaced; the product is not sold by our company; or a valid order voucher cannot be provided.
- If a return request is made due to incorrect delivery address or invalid contact information, resulting in the product being unable to be delivered or delayed, the related shipping costs and losses shall be borne by you.
- We will regularly monitor abnormal return behavior. For accounts with frequent or malicious returns (such as multiple unjustified returns within a short period of time with abnormal product conditions), we reserve the right to restrict their return/exchange rights.

These terms and conditions will be adjusted in a timely manner according to updates to relevant EU and member state regulations. Updated terms and conditions will be communicated to you via official website announcements, email notifications, etc., and will take effect from the date of publication.
